FOCUS IS COLLABORATING WITH THE SCOTTISH DOCUMENTARY INSTITUTE (SDI) TO DELIVER AN INSIGHT INTO OPPORTUNITIES FOR LONG FORM DOCUMENTARY ACROSS FILM AND TELEVISION.

The distribution landscape for documentaries has transformed radically in the past five years due to SVoD platforms entering the commissioning landscape.

Screen Scotland recently announced their £4 million Film Development and Production Fund for producers, writers and directors based in Scotland, alongside refreshed funding guidance for feature film and documentary development and production, distribution and exhibition, and markets and festivals.

The event will include talks and a panel discussion with producers, commissioners and sales agents, and will be followed by networking drinks.
