We’re proud to be screening Inma de Reyes’ award-winning The Boy and the Suit of Lights at Protesta Festival.

Protesta has created a unique space in Catalonia for cinema that challenges the status quo, sparks critical thinking, and opens up difficult conversations around complex social issues. It’s a festival that aligns closely with the values at the heart of our filmmaking.

Inma de Reyes’ film — exploring inherited pressure, identity and tradition — feels right at home in a programme dedicated to bold, transformative storytelling.

Join us for the screening on Sun 11 October at 20:30.

Before the film, don’t miss the panel discussion with director Inma de Reyes and guest speakers, exploring the complex debates surrounding bullfighting, correbous and cultural heritage.

Where: Cinema ETC, Passeig de la Generalitat, 46, 08500 Vic, Barcelona, Spain.

When: Sunday 11 October

Time: 20:30
